1. Purpose & Standards

Aarozi empowers local brick-and-mortar merchants to build lasting, trust-based relationships with their walk-in patrons. To ensure the integrity and deliverability of our network, all merchants and users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Aarozi to:

• Send Unsolicited Commercial Blasts (Spam): Transmit marketing messages to customers who have not visited your physical location or explicitly opted in to receive your communications.
• Deceptive Marketing or Fake Rewards: Advertise promotional discounts or loyalty vouchers that your business does not honor.
• Harassment & Misleading Feedback Collection: Misrepresent review flows or intimidate customers based on private feedback ratings.
• System Abuse & Tampering: Attempt to manipulate QR scan counts, exploit referral rewards via automated scripts, or bypass backend subscription entitlement gates.
• Unlawful Products or Services: Promote illicit substances, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, or deceptive financial schemes.

3. Enforcement & Suspension

We investigate suspected violations of this policy. Accounts found to be engaging in spam or fraudulent activities may have their messaging permissions revoked or accounts terminated without refund.
